SAFE

SAFE votes cost $0.99 USD each.

Multiple votes may be purchased in a single transaction.

The quantity and total price are displayed before payment.

Votes are recorded after successful payment confirmation.


PHYSICAL ISSUE

A successful purchase of 10 or more TERMINATE votes may reserve one Gulf Majlis T-shirt while availability remains.

100 T-shirts are available.

One qualifying transaction may reserve a maximum of one T-shirt.

The T-shirt is included only if TERMINATE wins.

If SAFE wins, no T-shirt is produced or delivered.

The TERMINATE payment remains payment for the TERMINATE votes.

A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and while availability remains.


PAYMENTS

Payments and card verification are processed by Stripe.

The Gulf Majlis does not store full card numbers or card security codes.


PURCHASES AND IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE

All vote purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly requests that performance of the service begin immediately after payment confirmation.

The purchased votes are recorded immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Where applicable, by expressly requesting immediate performance and acknowledging the relevant notice before purchase, the user acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed.
