THE GULF MAJLIS — PRIVACY

The Gulf Majlis processes information necessary to provide and operate the service.

This may include:

- payment and transaction identifiers,
- email address and T-shirt size when a T-shirt reservation is requested,
- technical and security information necessary to operate and protect the service.

Payments and card verification are processed by Stripe.

The Gulf Majlis does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Information may be used to:

- process and record votes,
- enforce voting rules,
- process payments,
- administer T-shirt reservations,
- prevent abuse and protect the service,
- comply with legal obligations.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.
